It is Halloween night.

• Your character should be in some kind of costume
•  There is a Halloween costume party at the book store.  
• The diner is running a pumpkin pancakes special all week.  
• There is a halloween party at the bar.  
• A group of about 50 people have gathered in the graveyard and are having some kind of festival.  There are numerous candles of all sizes lit all around the graveyard.  
• A small group has gathered outside of the record store and the doors of the shop are open.  Halloween music is playing loudly from the store.  
• Statue of the Major has been covered in fake, white spiderwebs. 
• The cake shop is selling pumpkin cookies for 50% off
• Mr. Ling-Ling is running up and down the street screaming, "HE'S DEAD! HE'S DEAD! THERE IS A DEAD MAN NEAR MY NOODLES!!! SOMEBODY CALL DE COPS! HE'S HE'S DEAD! HELP ME! HE'S DEAD!!
• There are jack-o'-lanterns lit all over the neighborhood. You should mention one somewhere in your blog.
•
